1. Storage Agreement Details

2. Customer Obligations
Requirements
- Must be owner or authorized to store goods
- Responsible for securing unit with own lock
- Must keep storage space clean and undamaged
- Cannot conduct business activities in storage space
- Cannot assign agreement or sublet space
- Must notify of contact detail changes
- Responsible for any third-party access damages
Prohibited Items
- Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, toxic)

3. Payment Terms

Abandoned Goods
- Unclaimed goods can be sold/disposed after 7 days notice
- Proceeds applied to outstanding debts
- No refund of advance payments unless full month unused
